Everything was perfect, and I even got notifications from the Post Office about when my package would be delivered. Truly exceptional service. I've shopped at Shave Lounge quite a few times now and I'm always pleased with how fast they process and ship my orders. Honestly, I can't recall ever waiting more than a couple of days for my stuff to show up. The 'points' system is a nice touch too, letting you earn points on every order that you can use for discounts on future buys. Just saved £5 on a Merkur 37C, and I'm stoked about that!

Since it's a Christmas gift and I'm not too savvy with shaving stuff, I was a bit lost between traditional and cartridge razors. I stumbled upon ShavingLounge and found a few things I liked, but I didn't want to just guess if all the stands and razors would work with what we already had.

Fortunately, I called the number listed on their site, and Anthony picked up. He followed up with an email, sharing his findings and suggesting an awesome alternative that’s usually not on offer.

For folks like me, not every razor fits Mach 3, which was my issue - I wanted something unique, but my husband uses cartridges. Just for the customer service, I’d totally recommend this place.

Honestly, this is probably the finest customer service I've encountered anywhere. I purchased the sensitive starter kit and ended up having an allergic reaction to the soap, which really irritated my skin. I shot them an email just to inform them that it wasn't great for sensitive skin (turns out it was likely just my own skin's issue), and Anthony really went the extra mile by sending me samples of various soaps to help me find one that suited me. He even replied on a Saturday, which isn’t even a day they’re supposed to be working, so I was pleasantly surprised by that. They also refunded me for the original soap that caused the reaction. Just to note, I hadn’t even asked for any of this; I was totally fine with paying for it and continuing my search for a suitable soap.

In the end, they had some leftover stock from Phoenix & Beau, an unscented soap, and they sent me the whole pot for free! It did wonders for my skin, and I was really impressed with the dedication and effort that Anthony from Shave Lounge put into assisting me.

I’ll definitely be using their services again. Fingers crossed they restock Phoenix & Beau!
